:: REGISTRATION

* To be paid on arrival at the registration desk
* Participants can pay Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen, or US Dollar

The registration fees are set as shown below:

1. Non-student participants from Japan:
   30,000 Japanese yen
   
   
2. All other participants excluding those mentioned above:
   15,000 Japanese yen, 1,000 Chinese Yuan, or 150 US Dollar

(including proceedings fee and symposium operating fee)

:: ACCOMMODATION

* We provide Hotel booking service. If you need this hotel booking service, please fill your information in the below excel file and send it by 20 December. We prepare two hotels.

1: Liuyuan Hotel

2: East Pearl Hotel


* We will allocate hotel rooms for participants who will send hotel booking request.
This means you can't designate the hotel to stay.

* A room rate of both hotels are around 7,000 yen per night (with breakfast for one person).
Single and Twin are same rate.
If you book a twin room with two persons, you must pay extra breakfast fee (under 1,000 yen).
Please pay directly to the hotel by each participants.

* Off course, you can book other hotel by yourself.
