:: REGISTRATION

* To be paid on arrival at the registration desk
* Participants can pay Indonesia Rupiah or Japanese Yen

The registration fees are set as shown below:

1. Japanese Professor (including associate professor and assistant professor):
   30,000 Japanese yen
   
   
2. All other participants excluding those mentioned above:
   5,000 Japanese yen or 600,000 Indonesia Rupiah

(including proceedings fee and symposium operating fee)

:: ACCOMMODATION

* We prepare a hotel booking service. For this, we would like to know the information about accommodation booking. Please fill them in the attached excel file and send it as soon as possible.

* Recommended Hotel of local committee


1: Karebosi Condotel IDR 410,000- (JPY about 3700,-), include Breakfast

2: Ibis Hotel IDR. 660,000- (JPY about 5900,-), include Breakfast




* Please fill the information of all members to participate at the symposium(such as co-author).

* You can book other hotels close to the hotels mentioned above.

:: TRANSPORTATION

* We prepare a transportation service.

From Airport to Hotel:
We will prepare local committee cars.

From Hotel to Campus:
We prepare rental bus or other transportation means.
