:: REGISTRATION

* To be paid on arrival at the registration desk
* Participants can pay only in Japanese Yen

The registration fees are set as shown below:

1. Non-student participants from Japan:
   25,000 Japanese yen
   
   
2. Students and all other participants excluding those mentioned above:
   15,000 Japanese yen

:: ACCOMMODATION

* We prepare a hotel booking service. For this, we would like to know the information about accommodation booking. Please fill them in the attached excel file and send it as soon as possible.

* Attention! We can prepare only single room (5,190 Japanese yen / one night), for one person. You can not share a room by several people.

* Please fill the information of all members to participate at the conference(such as co-author).

* This hotel booking is only for people staying the hotel prepared by us. Without contact us, we wouldn’t have responsible for staying.
